SQUASH
BUTTERNUT
Medium-sized winter squash. Deep orange flesh with rich flavor, great for roasting and soups.
CARNIVAL
Medium-sized multi-colored acorn squash. Green, gold, and yellow. Edible and great as an ornamental.

DELICATA
Small cream and green-striped winter squash. Orange flesh has a Sweet flavor. Tender skin is edible.

NORTH GEORGIA CANDY ROASTER
Large peachy-hued winter squash. Banana shaped fruit with orange flesh is prized for baking and pies.

RED KURI
Medium-sized bright orange winter squash. Textured orange flesh has a rich sweet flavor -- great for roasting and soups.

SMOOTH LUFFA
Medium-sized non-culinary squash. Dry them to make luffa sponges!
SPAGHETTI
Medium-sized yellow winter squash. Yellow flesh fluffs out of shell to resemble spaghetti noodles. Very tasty.

SUMMER SQUASH
BENNING'S GREEN TINT (PATTY PAN)
Small pale green pattypan squash. Scalloped edge, firm texture with excellent flavor.
GOLDEN ZUCCHINI
Medium-sized yellow zucchini squash. High yields, very flavorful. Fruits average 5-10".
DELTA (CROOKNECK)
Medium-sized yellow crookneck summer squash. Fruits best at 5-6". Mild sweet flavor.
BLACK BEAUTY ZUCCHINI
Medium-sized green zucchini squash. Smooth skin with some white flecks. Straight 7-8" fruits that ripen throughout the season.
ROMANESCO
Medium-sized green and white striped zucchini squash. Fruits have slight ridges, creamy flesh, and a delicious nutty flavor.
PUMPKINS
FAIRYTALE
Large orange pumpkin, named for its whimsical appearance. Excellent flavor for cooking and baking in pies.
JARRAHDALE
Large green-gray pumpkin. Flesh is orange and slightly sweet. Great for eating, as well as using ornamentally.

RACER (JACK-O-LANTERN)
Medium sized orange pumpkin. Classic Halloween carver.
ROUGE DE TEMPS
Large bright scarlet pumpkin. Slightly flattened, ridged fruit. Flesh has balanced flavor, great for baking pies. Also known as Cinderella.
WINTER LUXURY PIE
Medium-sized orange pumpkin. Globe shaped fruits with netting texture. Sweet smooth flesh is adored for making pies.
